Our superior camellia oil is produced using only carefully selected large camellia seeds, and has a slightly fruity aroma that will leave a refreshing taste in your mouth. Known by several nicknames including Taiwan's Golden Oil or the Olive Oil of the East, camellia oil is high in vitamin E, mono-unsaturated fats, poly unsaturated fats, and omega-3 fatty acids. While our traditional camellia oil is the best selling in Taiwan, our superior camellia oil has been awarded with the Monde Select Gold (2019-2025) and 3 Stars Anti-Additive (2018-2023) for several consecutive years. This award winning edible oil has a smoke point of 220°C (428.60°F), making it suitable for all manner of cooking styles from day-to-day stir-fry, frying, marinades or even baking.
Additionally, it is used to help with gastro-intestinal problems in traditional Chinese medicine and also used as a flavor enhancer when mixed in with plain white rice or noodles.
