Meishan Camellia Oil 500mlThe Meishan Camellia Oil is pressed using traditional pressing methods and under HACCP and ISO22000 conditions. Camellia Oil is not only rich in minerals, vitamins and mono-unsaturated fatty acids, but in history as well. It has long been in use in traditional Chinese medicine and cooking. With a smoke point of 220°C (428.60°F), the Camellia Oil is less likely to produce fumes during cooking, making it suitable for both Eastern and Western cuisines. Frying, stir-frying, sauteing, baking (if used as a butter substitute), or used with other ingredients to create a salad dressing.
